Terms and Conditions

  1. You have boost the volume of sales in your area via target meet every month .
  2. Our Working days are Monday to Saturday.
  3. You have to make a network of distributors in all areas given to you.
  4. There will be a meeting on one Sunday every month in the office as scheduled by the company which is mandatory to attend for you.
  5. Your working time will be 10 AM TO 5 PM  in the town which will be monitored by you by sending a pic via GPS MAP CAMERA, falling which means you will be marked absent that day .
  6. Your two month salary will be given as (75 % of basic salary ) and ( 25 % of basic salary will be given in 3rd month if you work till then else it will be decided by company.
  7. Basic salary will be deducted according to leaves taken in that month.
  8. If You want to leave our Company, One Month Prior notice is mandatory in written.
  9. Salary will be given on every 10th of next month for previous month .
  10. Travelling Allowances will be given on 25th  of the next month .
  11. Noc will be required from previous company to join us.
  12. If you want to leave us , you have to submit NOC from all the dealers that you have not taken any advance from them. After the receipt of NOC, you last month salary will be disbursed.
  13. Your last working month salary will be disbursed within 1.5 to 3 months after your resignation from the company.
