1. Two blanck security checks (without date mentioned on it) will be provided by the dealer in favour of NAMMU ORGANIC FOODS . First three billing should pay in advance against pre invoice .
2. The billed amount will be paid fully only by bank in the favour of Nammu Organic Foods only.
3. No cash transaction is permitted by the dealer in any form to the sales person or anyone else .
4. If the dealer is having some issue with goods or any query related to accounts , they directaly ask by email or phone to the person available on above mentioned email id or phone number.
5. No claim will be entertained in future for past enteries . All the claims will be passed only if the dealer give specific reason for claim on the same day he finds a requirement for such claim by email.
6. Next billing will be done only when past all bills are cleared fully.
7. it will take goods to be deliver 4-5 days after order has been placed.
8.Rat cutting claim will not be entertained at any cost.
9. If the dealer will found any package to be cut during unloading of goods at their place after billing, they have to provide the details for same at the same day and claim will be deducted at cost 1 Rs. Per kg for the quantity they found cut during unloading.
